let your art look bad. don’t waste hours on perfecting something when you should be practicing and improving.
let your art look bad and let your future art look better.
As many of you probably know, bees all over the world are dying off at an alarming rate. Without bees and other pollinators, at least a third of our food will be impacted drastically. That’s why it’s super important to help the bees in any way possible!
don’t use insecticides (and buy ‘organic’ plants that haven’t been treated with pesticides)
plant bee friendly plants, flowers, and food (see list below)
sign petitions to ban the use of pesticides
if you come across a bee that appears to be dying, mix a little bit of sugar and water, and place some in front of the bee (often a bee will just be super tired so this sugary drink will give it a boost of energy!)
if you’re buying honey, buy local and raw honey
weeds can be good! let clovers and dandelions live
consider becoming a beekeeper
make your own ‘bee-houses’!
Bee friendly plants:
alder
aster
baby’s breath
bee balm
blackberries
bluebell
blueberries
buttercup
butterfly bush
catmint
catnip
cornflower
cosmos

bees are super important to our ecosystem and they’re cute lil creatures that deserve as much love as any other animal!!
i dont think you know how milk works friend. Milk leaches out calcium. Thats why places that drink milk have the highest bone brittleness (Osteogenesis) milk is also directly linked to cancer (ever heard of casein?), contains growth hormones as well as puss, and is absolutely not needed in the human diet. Human bodies were not designed for animal products period. We see this in the China Study by Dr. Campbell, the biggest nutrition based study conducted. —
The same Dr. Campbell’s China Study that has been ripped apart by scientists? That China study?
Let’s look into Dr. Campbell’s China study and just how he used inconclusive data and methods, as well as over generalization, assumptions and unsupported conclusions to support his obvious vegan propaganda.
Campbell used AF as an initiator of cancer foci in his studies, and the milk protein casein as the promoter protein. And found that adjusting the protein intake could effect cancer promotion, as well as in other cancer initiators such as hep B virus. Campbell then jumped to the conclusion that:
“nutrients from animal-based foods increased tumor development while nutrients from plant-based foods decreased tumor development.”
He gives no research, data or explanation for this conclusion at all.
He never bothered to further test or question casein as a protein inhibitor, such as questioning what effect different types of processing can have on casein’s cancer promotion (Such as pasteurization, low-temperature dehydration, high-temperature spray-drying, fermentation). These all affect the structure of casein differently. You can conclude that it would also affect its physiological behavior and therefore be the reason casein found in milk, was found in the study to be cancer promoting.
All his studies were also only ever conducted on rats. This tells us little about, if this would have a similar effect on humans.
Campbell also fails to include a lot of important factors and information about his study in his book. Like for example: he fails to tell readers that the same low-casein diet that he found “protected” rats against the induced cancer also significantly increased the rats actue toxicity to aflatoxin. Or that in the high-casein diets he gave rats, the were found to have dramatic protection against cancer when they were fed before or during the dosing, rather then after it.
Campbell also conveniently forgets to mention that both the plant proteins and casein proteins tested behaved the exact same when the limiting amino acid of the specific plant protein was produced - replicating what would happen on a diet of mixed foods (of both plant and animals).
And just looking at other scientists and critics reviews of Dr.Campbell’s book, makes it clear it’s unreliable study with the intention of pushing an agenda.
Harriet Hall - she argued that the book’s references did not directly support the claims made by Campbell. The book also failed to explain the exceptions of his data
Dr
Christopher Masterjohn - writes this fantastic article going into the scientific detail of the study, pointing out the study errors, lack of data and general bullshit that is Campbell’s study and book, all with amazing references back to proper scientific studies
The Italian Association for Cancer Research - point out that the study mixes up educated suggestions and data, with unsupported claims and propaganda and states “for this reason the text is insidious, as well as unreliable”
The only person here who has no idea about what they’re talking about, is clearly you, after linking me to the shit that is this “study” and expecting me to take it seriously.
I’d suggest finding your “information” from reliable and proper sources, instead of from widely criticized “studies” trying to push vegan propaganda for an organisation.
or better yet, keep your mouth shut about things you obviously have no idea about! Now there’s an idea!
